About US
DirtridesUK was born out of a love for riding off road and in particular in beautiful South Wales. We want to open the sport up to all, from total beginner lessons for kids and adults to skills training up to intermediate level. We run regular rideouts as well as our amazing 3 and 4 day Welsh Coast to Coast off road rides. Put it on your bucket list for truly spectacular Welsh trailriding and the best scenery Wales has to offer. We want to share our passion and ignite it on others. The staff team have vast experience and knowledge having raced and ridden all over the world. You are really in very good hands.

WHAT WE DO
- We offer off road training from beginner to intermediate level: 1-1 or small groups.
- Fantastic 3/4 day rideouts from South to North Wales - amazing mix of off road terrain and beautiful scenery.
- NEW: WEDNESDAY RIDEOUTS IN SOUTH WALES . If you're lucky enough to get a day off in the week we run regular rideouts - Every Wednesday - Mix of Trailriding and Enduro - some mid week practice and a fun day out! 10am - 3pm. Aberbeeg enduro track, Ebbw Vale, South Wales
We run all our off road training at the versatile Aberbeeg enduro venue. There is huge variety of terrain.
Improve your skills in a 1-1 or small group setting. Nail the basics of off road riding and take your skills to the next level. Perfect for those planning a rideout or trip overseas, wanting to improve your riding skills or starting in competition.

We have a number of different options depending on your age and experience
2 hour session: Ideal for kids 11 + (must be at least 5ft 152cm tall)
Learn to ride a geared bike on our beginner field. Kit and bike provided
£99 (Christmas and Birthday vouchers available)
4 hour session: Ideal for 13+ beginners as well as beginner adults. We will start on our beginner field and progress to our small MX track and woodland section. Kit and bike provided

The above total beginner sessions can be for any age as we have a range of bikes available - however these sessions are for those who have not ridden a geared bike before. Those with abit more experience will need to book the Off Road Skills course.
OUR ULTIMATE 4 DAY COAST TO COAST
SOUTH/MID WALES ROUTE
Over 150 miles per day of the most challenging trails in the UK, from the English Border (near Hay on Wye) to Barmouth on the West Coast of Wales and back. You will ride through the breathtaking scenery of the Brecon Beacons, The Snowdonian National Park and the Elan Valley. Let Dakar rider Tamsin Jones and the Dirtrides Team take you on a journey you will never forget.

Starting in the small hamlet of Llanfair Caerion we will be heading North on the challenging trails up to Oswestry, along to Betws Coed, then heading back down to Barmouth and Dolgeallau
This ride is fully supported with van/trailer & 2 experienced guides

You can choose from a fully supported ride with a van driver, lead guide and back rider or for a cheaper option if you are prepared to carry your own gear

SUMMER SOLSTICE 3 DAY MEGARIDE
After a successful trial run last year we will be repeating the ride in 2025. Starting in the Afan at the crack of dawn we will be chasing the sun set up to Barmouth where we will hopefully see a beautiful sunset from the mountains. We will take abit more of a leisurely 2 day ride back.
