We provide the bike and kit for your first time on a geared bike or as a Novice rider. Riders must be at least 5ft 152cm tall. This session is available for both kids and adults who have not ridden a geared bike before or with limited riding experience at our fantastic venue in Aberbeeg, South Wales.
